This is a washed process coffee grown at 1200-1700 MASL. Recommended roast level for this one is Medium/plus to Medium/dark. Notes of Honey, Red Apple, and Stonefruit are prevalent. This one, like the “Bail Me Out!” blend, is great one to wake up to!
